Dr. Edwards has conducted health policy research, program evaluation, and healthcare program implementation from positions in state governments, foundations, healthcare systems, and universities. A seasoned consultant and driver of organizational improvement, Dr. Edwards has provided leadership to organizations in assessing customer needs and delivering information and tools to help them achieve their goals. With substantial academic and policy credentials, Dr. Edwards bridges the gap between research, practice, and policy.
Sarah Johnson, MD, MPH, Medical Director
Dr. Johnson has expertise in data-driven quality improvement, primary care transformation, population health management, and leveraging structured and unstructured electronic health information to measure and improve quality. Much of her work focuses on maternal health, behavioral health, social determinants of health, and improving care for patients with chronic conditions. She has extensive experience related to the implementation of new technologies and processes in primary care settings as well as measuring the associated impacts on care quality and organizational dynamics. She has co-authored several publications and presented at local and national conferences on her work related to quality measurement and improvement.
Yetunde Abisola Noah Pinheiro, MD, PhD
Dr. Pinheiro is a medical and public health practitioner and published researcher with robust experience in reproductive, perinatal and women’s health, chronic disease prevention, and behavioral health. She has held program design, monitoring, evaluation, performance improvement, and quality assurance roles across academic, healthcare system, government, and non-government settings in the US and abroad. She leverages her expertise to foster a participatory and collaborative approach to improving health service provision, especially for vulnerable populations under limited resource conditions.
Carolyn Gallagher, PhD
Dr. Gallagher is a population health researcher with more than 20 years of experience employing statistical analysis to identify risk factors for adverse health outcomes, barriers to health care access, and racial inequities. She has first-authored multiple scientific research articles and focus studies. Dr. Gallagher takes a proactive approach by translating actionable findings into Performance Improvement Projects and facilitating collaborative quality initiatives.
Valerie Haley, PhD
Dr. Haley is a biostatistician with more than 20 years of experience in research and surveillance of public health data. Her areas of expertise include risk adjustment methods and longitudinal and geographic data analysis. She is also an assistant research professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University at Albany.
Rosalie Winslow, PhD
Dr. Winslow is a sociologist with research experience in health care quality measurement and improvement, health equity, and restructuring mechanisms of health care delivery. She has expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research and works with clinicians to incorporate qualitative methodologies and health equity priorities into both clinical research and care delivery.
