Use of the IPRO Kidney Choices App is governed by IPRO’s Privacy Policy, available at https://ipro.org/legal/privacy-policy. IPRO is a HIPAA-compliant, SOC-2 certified health data organization. You should never send us nor will we ever ask for your sensitive data.

Access to and Control Over Information
Users of the Kidney Choices App can:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security
All information collected in the Kidney Choices App is encrypted in motion and at rest. We encrypt and store your data on your device (e.g. your smartphone). Your information is never stored outside your device.
Privacy
This app will not request access to other device data or applications, such as your phone’s camera, photos, or contacts.
We only collect and use the information that you voluntarily share with us via your MyMedicare Account. We will never transfer, sell, rent or share this information.
We may use information you send us to respond to you if you contact us. We will not share your information with any third party.
When your account is deactivated or terminated by you or by IPRO your data are deleted immediately.
Data Breaches
IPRO complies with all applicable laws regarding data breaches. In the event of a breach IPRO will notify you through in-app notifications and on our website.
Policy Changes
IPRO will notify you of changes in our privacy practices through in-app notifications.
